The Magic of Working Together
AND HOW MY APPROACH IS DIFFERENT
Most of the people I work with are juggling everything themselves, trying to build something meaningful without a clear plan or an experienced guide alongside them. That is where I come in.
Every business is different, and every person running one sees the world differently. So I begin there — with you, your values, and how you see the world. From that place of understanding, we develop a strategy together and then I stay alongside you to help bring it to life.
We begin with planning. One of my strengths is seeing the big picture and intuitively guiding you to focus your energy where it matters most. I take the time to understand your passions and use them to shape the overall strategy. From there, I also offer to help you implement the plan with a methodical and organized approach, ensuring every action is purposeful and aligned.
It is not about getting hyper-focused on just one area, like marketing, where the bigger vision can get lost in the push for conversions and sales. Everything is connected. That is why I look at the whole picture rather than any single part of it.
One of the reasons my approach is holistic is because we are not separate from our environment or our context. Everything can inform if we expand our attention to allow it. So it is about becoming attuned to what is emerging and then having the response-ability in each moment.
In Zen there is a phrase: beginner's mind. It means bringing attention to the present moment and seeing and feeling the world as if for the first time. I bring this same quality of attention to every client engagement. I don't arrive with a formula. I arrive with presence. This supports new and creative thinking that can transform an organization and the way it connects with the people it serves.
Clients often tell me that I see things they couldn't see themselves. That I sense what is needed before it has been fully named. This is not guesswork. It is intuition developed over decades of working with businesses and learning to pay close attention. I trust it, and over time my clients tend to trust it too.
